A real operational or programme constraint.

The brief required more than 1,800 Cat6 outlets, eight communications cabinets linked by fibre, cabinet racking, patching, testing and support for go-live. Pandemic distancing, face coverings, a congested multi-trade environment and an immovable operational deadline shaped every decision.

A controlled physical-infrastructure plan.

LGN organised two 12-hour shifts, coordinated engineers around other trades and treated cabinets, copper, fibre and certification as one package. Work was tested and closed progressively rather than left to the final hours.

Evidence without overstating the result.

The complete physical network was handed over in five days. Client names remain withheld because of the commercial delivery chain and the sensitive circumstances. The case demonstrates rapid mobilisation and programme control, not a general promise that every 1,800-point project can be delivered in the same period.

Every project is different. Timescales and performance figures are included as evidence for this specific supplied example, not as a guarantee for future work.

Apply the lesson to the next project.

These examples connect survey, route and cabinet decisions, workmanship, testing and documentation. If an upcoming project has similar constraints, LGN can review the brief and identify the evidence and controls that should be built into delivery.
