Technical delivery shaped by more than two decades in ICT.

LGN was founded in 2016 by Lee Gallagher after a career spanning IT support, network design and installation, freelance technical delivery and enterprise infrastructure. Client-supplied evidence records 22 years in enterprise ICT systems and network delivery across data centres, retail, industrial, logistics, offices, scientific, nuclear and utility environments.

Lee’s supplied qualifications include BTEC Level 3 ICT Systems Support, BTEC Level 4 Communications Centre Technologies, BTEC Level 4 Certified Telecommunications Project Manager and SSSTS. LGN assigns personnel and site credentials to suit the project rather than implying every individual holds every qualification.

Technical accountability without unnecessary layers.

LGN delivers work in house and through established project teams, covering survey, design input, installation, testing, remediation and handover. The company is deliberately focused on physical network infrastructure and the problems that arise where technical requirements meet real buildings and delivery programmes.

Integrity

Be clear about scope, assumptions, responsibility and evidence.

Quality

Protect routes, manage cabinets and fibre correctly, and test against the agreed requirement.

Service

Communicate practical issues early and keep the handover useful to the operating team.

Credentials are verified for the actual assignment.

LGN’s supplied evidence includes an Excel Partner relationship, ECS Black Card Network Infrastructure Management, SSSTS, DBS and SC-cleared personnel, asbestos awareness, working-at-height and IPAF categories where assigned. Networks are described as delivered to ISO/IEC 11801 using calibrated Fluke and OTDR equipment.

CHAS Gold is in progress and is not presented as achieved. Eligible Excel installations may receive a 25-year manufacturer product warranty subject to system design, components, installation, certification and scheme terms.

Bring the brief, the problem or the programme.

LGN will help define the physical infrastructure scope, evidence required and a practical route to delivery.
